Dig For Victory!

About the Experiment

The original idea was to eat like people did during the rationing period of WWII – less meat, more veggies and less sugar than the modern diet we're used to. The idea is that it will create both a healthier and more eco-friendly lifestyle, while indulging my vintage weakness.

I haven't kept it up, but I do plan to edge back into it. Meanwhile, I have also decided to broaden the range of this blog to include all sorts of food/home/DIY/vintage topics, but still with an eye to keeping things cheap, natural and eco friendly.
